• Provide and maintain the Service.

• Your data is stored on Supabase, hosted in EU-based servers.
• We retain your data only as long as your account is active. When a user deletes their account, all associated data (including gists and comments) is permanently deleted.

• We do not share your personal information with third parties.
• The only third party involved in processing data is Supabase, which serves as our backend service provider.

6. Gists and Comments Visibility

• Gists are public by default, but users can mark them as unlisted or private before publishing.
• Comments are only allowed when the gist owner shares a private link, and they are not indexed by search engines.
• Gists are currently not indexed by search engines either, though this may change in the future.

We use cookies solely for authentication purposes. These cookies are essential to keep users logged in and are not used for tracking.

8. Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a GDPR-compliant analytics tool that does not use cookies or collect personal data. It helps us understand overall usage patterns without compromising your privacy.
